The process followed in SMART system is as follows

STEP 1 – Sourcing the Finest Blocks

We personally handpick the best blocks from the finest quarries around the world. Blocks are cut to rectangular size to reduce wastage and then directly imported into our factory.

STEP 2 - Block Reinforcement Process

This process readies the block by filling all the surface pores and strengthens the block before cutting. Epoxy resin from Italy, specially formulated for marble, penetrates deep, creating a strong foundation for years to come.

STEP 3 – Block cutting

Blocks are then cut into slabs of international standards. We are one of the first companies to have thickness calibration. Stones are perfectly calibrated with zero undulations and bends to give you a uniform surface and thickness with minimal warpage.

STEP 4 - Reinforced Fiber Mesh

We use reinforced glass fiber mesh to give increased strength, reduce breakage and improving handling of the material.

STEP 5 – Block Treatment Italian epoxy resin has very low viscosity and high adhesion properties. When applied through the vacuum suction machine, it gives maximum strength, greater durability and unmatched polish ability.

STEP 6 – Stringent Quality Check and calibration

Our finished stones are fully inspected for all internal quality checks so that you have peace of mind that you are getting nothing but the best for your requirements.
